Biography

Alexandra Mangeard is the Managing Partner of Artefact’s Brazilian office, where she leads a team of more than 200 consultants delivering data and AI transformation projects across industries. She also heads the firm’s Healthcare practice in Latin America, a role she has held since 2018, working with leading international pharmaceutical groups to accelerate their AI and data journeys.

Her work spans the design and deployment of enterprise-scale data platforms to the development of innovative AI solutions — including Agentic AI applications — that increase sales performance, reduce operational costs, and create sustainable efficiencies in clients’ business models. She has a proven track record of turning complex challenges in highly regulated environments into measurable impact and long-term growth.

Alexandra joined Artefact France in 2017, deepening her expertise in data marketing before moving to Brazil in 2019 to help launch the LATAM operations. She played a pivotal role in the region’s rapid growth, which led to her promotion to Partner in 2022. In 2024, she expanded her leadership to oversee core business operations, optimize financial processes, and manage the Brazil P&L.

Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, Alexandra builds enduring relationships with C-level stakeholders and mobilizes multidisciplinary teams across geographies to deliver impact. She is driven by the tangible value AI can bring to clients, particularly in improving healthcare access, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Alexandra holds a master’s degree from ESCP Europe and is a proud mother of two.
