Biography

Alison is PwC’s US Consumer Markets Industry Leader across PwC’s three lines of service: Advisory, Assurance and Tax. Her portfolio includes PwC’s Retail, Hospitality, CPG, Travel, Airlines and Restaurant sub-sectors. Leveraging her extensive industry experience, and the PwC network, she works closely with senior leaders to grow, transform and take advantage of disruption, in the constantly changing landscape of Consumer Markets.

Alison is a nationally recognized thought leader and speaker on Consumer Markets industry trends and insights, helping clients see around corners and prepare for the future. She’s an expert regularly featured in Top Tier broadcast and written media including  CNNCBS, ABC, NPR, Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg Live Radio, Good Morning America, CNBC, The TODAY Show and more. She is an active sponsor of the Consumer Brands Association and the National Retail Federation and a member of the NRF Foundation Board.  

Within PwC she has held various roles including the Managing Partner of the US Transformation Consulting business responsible for growing management and strategy consulting across 11 commercial industry sectors and managing the $4B P&L.  She is also an M&A Partner with over 20 years of combined industry and transaction consulting experience.  She has supported hundreds of M&A transactions — including many of the largest Consumer Markets mega-deals valued at more than $5B. 

Alison is also a mom of two boys and a former collegiate basketball player at Swarthmore College. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Film & Media Studies and an MBA — a background that fuels her curiosity, storytelling instincts, and commitment to elevating diverse voices and perspectives.
