Biography

Andrew Rader is a Managing Director at Maine Pointe and veteran supply chain strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations achieve clarity, precision, and operational reinvention. He is widely recognized as a trusted leader for companies navigating high stakes, end to end transformations, guiding executive teams to deliver meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact on the P&L. Andrew combines rigorous analytical insight with pragmatic execution, enabling faster decision making, sustained momentum, and the conversion of complex supply networks into true competitive advantages.

Andrew’s expertise spans the full supply chain, including procurement, operations, warehousing, SIOP, and logistics. He brings deep experience across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, industrial and consumer products, retail, pharmaceuticals, and restaurant chains. Over the course of more than 50 major client transformations, he has consistently delivered step change improvements in financial performance, service levels, and operational efficiency. His work has earned him a reputation for transforming fragmented processes into streamlined, high performing systems.

Prior to joining Maine Pointe, Andrew spent more than a decade at leading consulting firms specializing in supply chain transformation. He also held senior leadership roles at Newell Brands, Storehouse Furniture, and Perrigo. This dual background as both consultant and operator allows him to engage seamlessly across strategy and execution, whether advising in the boardroom or working directly on the production floor.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a concentration in Economics from James Madison University.
