Arjan Van Moorsel is a partner at Argon and Co, a global management consultancy specializing in operations strategy and transformation with over 900 consultants worldwide. He co-leads the Dutch Strategy & Transformation practice, and specializes in mobility & hospitality, energy & utilities and industrial production.
Van Moorsel brings 15 years of consulting experience, at boardroom and VP level. His work includes commercial due diligence, post merger integration, carve out, growth, profit restore, restructuring, operating model and process redesign, operational performance and cost and working capital reduction.
Before joining Argon and Co, Van Moorsel served 10 years in commercial, operational and financial roles at Canon Printing and at Tata Steel. He holds a finance & economics degree from Maastricht University, the Netherlands
