Biography

Mark was appointed CEO in January 2023 and President in February 2019. He served as Chief Operating Officer until from February 2014 to July 2022. He served as interim healthcare industry leader from January 2017 until February 2019, returning the business to growth and positioning it for expanded collaboration across Huron’s industries and capabilities. He served as Chief Financial Officer from July 2011 until January 2017, and as Treasurer from July 2011 until February 2016. As CFO and treasurer, Mark was also responsible for Huron’s capital and financing strategies and the investor relations, finance, and accounting functions.

Prior to joining Huron, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer for CrossCom National, LLC where he was responsible for all finance and administrative functions. Mark has also held various finance and accounting positions for Information Resources, Inc., Ezlinks Golf, Inc., Dominick’s Division of Safeway, Inc., Acme Metals, Inc. and The Quaker Oats Company. His decades of experience in a variety of industries have positioned him well to advance Huron’s strategic, growth-oriented vision.

Mark received his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a chartered financial analyst, certified management accountant and certified public accountant (Illinois).
