As a leader in Healthcare Private Capital at Oliver Wyman, Deirdre Baggot, PhD is responsible for accelerating growth and driving net new impact through transformative partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. Named one of the country’s Top 20 Leaders in Healthcare and Private Equity in 2023 and 2024, Deirdre is one of the industries most respected voices in Value-Based Care. She has developed and scaled multi-million dollar next-generation pricing and value-based care strategies for many of our country’s leading innovators, health plans, providers and health systems.

Prior to making the jump to consulting, Deirdre spent the first ten years of her career in academic healthcare at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the University of Michigan Health System.
