Fawad Bajwa advises boards, CEOs, and investors on leadership and succession at pivotal moments of transformation. His work spans operations, supply chain, technology, and human leadership, helping organizations build the executive capability required to deliver enterprise-wide change.

At Russell Reynolds Associates, Fawad leads the firm’s Global Operations & Supply Chain and Global AI, Data & Analytics practices. He partners with companies across industries to assess, develop, and recruit executives who can modernize operating models, integrate advanced technologies, and lead through disruption at scale. His advisory work includes board, CEO, and C-suite succession, with a focus on technology-enabled transformation, regulatory complexity, and global operations.

Fawad began his career as a robotics engineer before spending a decade as a management consultant with Deloitte and Kearney, advising management teams and investors across North America, Europe, and Asia. This blend of technical depth and transformation experience shapes his perspective on what effective leadership requires in complex environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapore). His perspectives have been featured in the Financial Times, Forbes, and CIO.
