Biography
Ghouse Batlapadu is the Go-to-Market Leader for the Oracle Practice at HCL Technologies (HCLTech) based out of California, where he drives strategic growth initiatives and manages a portfolio of enterprise clients across High Tech, Retail, Life Sciences, and Healthcare in the Americas. His work centers on helping organizations modernize core business platforms and leverage cloud and AI as engines for sustainable business transformation.
Ghouse has played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth in Oracle ERP solutions during a critical period of enterprise modernization. As organizations faced complex decisions around upgrading legacy ERP systems versus migrating to the cloud, he partnered closely with executive leadership teams to define pragmatic modernization roadmaps that balance risk, innovation, and long-term value. He has advised clients on transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards to modern Oracle ERP Cloud SaaS and PaaS platforms, enabling greater agility, resilience, and operational efficiency.
