Biography

Gautier Tribet is a Partner at CYLAD, an international consulting firm known for its deep expertise in the environmental engineering and defense sector and its strong capabilities in project and program management. At CYLAD, Gautier focuses on leading strategic transformation and performance initiatives, advising industrial and technology-driven organizations across complex operational and programmatic challenges. His work spans organizational effectiveness, large-scale program delivery, and operational improvement.

Earlier in his career, Gautier served as an associate director at Eurogroup Consulting and previously as general director at Oxand. Earlier in his career, he worked as a research assistant at the Institut für Astronomische und Physikalische Geodäsie at the Technical University of Munich. Gautier holds a master’s degree from CentraleSupélec and a master’s degree in environmental engineering technology from the Technical University of Munich.
