Hannah Twist is Partner and Head of Strategy at KPMG UK, and also leads the KPMG Strategy practice across EMA. With over 20 years of experience in transactions and transformation, she is known for delivering strategic clarity and measurable value across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and enterprise-wide change programmes. She has led complex, multi-disciplinary engagements with global organisations, including corporate, private equity and professional services businesses.
