Biography

Jayne leads KPMG’s IoT/OT Cyber Security Services and has over seventeen years’ experience working with a range of global clients to oversee and deliver a variety of capital projects, ranging from responding to critical security failures of national infrastructure, to deployment of interception and intelligence platforms.

UK Government Health: Jayne designed the UK’s first Data Security and Protection (DSP) standard. The DSP standard provides a baseline set of security, data protection and OT requirements which currently +50k end health and care, pharmaceutical and private health & social care organisations (that require access to NHS systems and/or data) are mandated to respond to and comply with as part of UK NHS rights to audit. Until recently Jayne ran the UK NHS DSPT Assessment Service, whereby her team of 20+ assessors provided annual reviews of over 27k DSPT Security posture.

Global Software Company: Jayne directed a team to design and develop a global cyber security risk reporting platform and compliance process, building the mapping between risks, threats, key capabilities and metrics and implementing a pragmatic scoring approach to measure residual risk exposure.

Global manufacturing organisation: Jayne recently delivered a successful multi-million OT security implementation across a global mining and haulage organisation, implementing tools and compensating controls

Oil & Gas: Jayne has past and current experience working in the Saudi Arabia region. She is currently overseeing a SME team for a global SA Oil and Gas company. Her responsibilities cover delivery of Operational Technology Security Assessment using regulatory and industry specific security frameworks such as C2M2 and OTCC (NCA approved).
