Kam Bhatoa is the Vice-president Business Engineering – Public Safety (UKA) at CGI, where she leads the growth strategy. Kam brings over 25 years of digital transformation experience, including 15 years dedicated to the public sector.

Kam has successfully shaped and delivered major programmes across central government, defence, and public safety, with a strong track record of navigating complex, multi-vendor environments to deliver measurable outcomes. She is also a recognised thought leader, regularly publishing insights through TechUK campaigns and Cyber Security magazine on topics ranging from secure digital adoption to the future of technology in government.

A passionate advocate for technology-driven inclusivity and citizen-focused innovation, Kam champions open, collaborative partnerships between government and industry. She believes that technology transformation should deliver long-term value for taxpayers while improving the services citizens rely on.
