Kavir Naik is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Aberdeen Advisors. Headquartered in Chicago, with satellite offices in India and Mexico, Aberdeen Advisors LLC is a boutique digital consultancy that guides our clients through organizational changes and operational challenges that come with technology transformation and modernization.

Our teams have deep expertise with designing, guiding, implementing, upgrading, and monetizing industry-leading technology solutions.

Kavir Naik is a seasoned business and technology strategy leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation and technology modernization for some of the world’s largest retail and financial services organizations. He specializes in Technology and Product Strategy, Private Equity Technology Due Diligence, Operating Model Transformation, and Technology Portfolio Management.

With extensive international experience across the United Kingdom, Argentina, Costa Rica, and India, Kavir has successfully led highly complex Business Transformation initiatives, helping organizations modernize their technology and optimize operations.

Before co-founding Aberdeen Advisors, Kavir was a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA in strategy and entrepreneurship from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.
