Biography

Elizabeth (Liz) Levy is a Partner and Managing Director at AArete and Co-Leader of AArete’s healthcare consulting practice which has served 120+ health plans and provider organizations across all US markets and lines of business. Advising on a range of healthcare solutions for healthcare payer clients, Elizabeth specializes in profitability improvement, total cost of care, expansion strategies, member experience, change management, and digital and technology initiatives. She has an extensive background in strategic cost containment, scaling healthcare payer operations for short- and long-term growth and uses data-driven insights to measurably improve financial and operational performance.

Elizabeth is a founding Executive Sponsor of AArete’s Women’s Initiative Network established in 2018, a member of Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL) and was named a 2022 Top 50 Leader in Healthcare Consulting by The Consulting Report and a 2024 Women Leaders in Consulting by Consulting Magazine for Excellence in Leadership. She holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
