Biography

Pratyush Lal brings more than two decades of experience driving strategic, digital, and technical transformations, driving revenue growth, cost reduction and risk management. Mr. Lal specializes in advising clients on strategy, digital and AI value creation, transformation design and rescue, AI and platform architecture, and data management. He lends his expertise through interim management executive roles as Chief Transformation, Data and Digital Officer.

Mr. Lal’s global client portfolio spans diverse industries, from large enterprises to startups, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Lal held senior leadership positions in consulting and software, focusing on strategy, product management, and professional services in digital transformation.

A recipient of multiple professional and academic awards, Mr. Lal is actively involved in advising startups and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He sits on multiple advisory and non-profit boards.
