He is recognized for driving integrated business and digital transformations that align enterprise capabilities with strategic growth ambitions.

With over 20+ years of global experience across Europe and the United States, Rachit has successfully led highly complex, multi-country business transformation engagements. His expertise spans technology strategy, sourcing advisory, transaction execution, and global delivery model design. He has helped organizations modernize technology landscapes, rationalize technology portfolios, and implement scalable operating models.

Most recently, Rachit has led global, outcome-driven transformation programs focused on delivering measurable business impact for some of the largest FMCGs in Europe, enabling clients to adopt AI-led service models, embed automation into core operations, and establish future-ready digital operating frameworks.
