Biography

Robert Lytle is a Senior Managing Director at Grant Thornton Stax with over three decades of strategy consulting experience with a focus on private equity firms and PE-backed companies, guiding them through commercial due diligence and value creation initiatives toward measurable results.

Before joining Grant Thornton Stax in early 2025, Robert spent more than 25 years at Parthenon and EY-Parthenon. He co-founded the firm’s global education practice and led it for 15 years, crafting growth strategies for education entities ranging from universities to K-12 institutions and government agencies. In the final phase of his tenure, he directed the U.S. Government and Public Sector practice, delivering strategic solutions to federal and state-level clients
