Managing Director

Biography

Stephane Crosnier is a Managing Director at Inverto, a BCG company, specializing in strategic procurement and supply chain management. He is the global lead for Inverto’s Supply Chain Management & Resilience Center of Excellence. He helps global organizations transform their supply chains and procurement operations to deliver measurable value in an environment defined by volatility, cost pressure, and geopolitical risk. He advises CEOs, COOs, CSCOs and CPOs on end-to-end value chain transformation, combining procurement excellence, operational performance, and pragmatic use of AI to protect margins, strengthen resilience, and navigate structural disruption to gain competitive advantage.

Since joining Inverto in Paris in December 2024, Stephane has played a leading role in the development and deployment of a trade tariff simulation capability, enabling clients to quantify the impact of evolving tariffs, trade policies, and sourcing scenarios on cost, risk, and competitiveness. This work has been used to support sourcing strategy redesign, network reconfiguration, and executive decision-making, allowing leadership teams to move from reactive responses to data-driven trade and supply chain strategies.

Stephane has led complex supply chain & procurement transformations focused on value creation under constraint—helping clients address inflation, supply risk, and decarbonization while accelerating digital & AI adoption. His work emphasizes execution at scale, translating supply chain strategy into tangible outcomes through operating model redesign, advanced planning and supply chain visibility creation, collaboration between Procurement & Supply Chain teams as well as disciplined end-to-end performance management.

With over 30 years of experience, Crosnier began his career as a supply chain planner before holding senior consulting roles with Accenture in Singapore, Paris, and London, and with PRTM (now PwC). His sector experience spans industrial goods, automotive, aerospace and defense, high tech, and consumer industries. He holds an engineering degree from École Centrale de Nantes and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from ESSEC Business School.
