Thomas Filaire is a Partner at Artefact, a global consulting firm focused on data and artificial intelligence. Drawing on 16 years of strategic and technical expertise, he helps large organizations drive complex business transformation and translate data insights into tangible business value.

His career is distinguished by a deep and consistent commitment to the Life Sciences sector, where he is recognized for driving innovation at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics. Thomas joined Artefact in January 2024 to lead major international data initiatives, focusing specifically on pharmaceutical and healthcare advancements.

Prior to this role, Thomas held influential positions that shaped his perspective, including serving as the Data & AI Strategy Lead for Life Sciences in France at Accenture and as a Senior Manager specializing in AI and Advanced Analytics at EY. He also gained valuable client-side experience as Associate Director of Advanced Analytics at UCB, where he utilized data to enhance strategic decision-making across key operational and commercial areas.

Thomas holds a double degree from ENSAE Paris and Ecole Centrale Lille, specializing in Finance, Economics, Statistics, and General Engineering.
