Biography

Tim Lawless is a Senior Managing Director and the Global Health Lead at Publicis Sapient, where he has spent more than 20 years driving growth across healthcare and financial services. Since 2018, he has led Publicis Sapient Health, transforming what was then a nascent division into one of the company’s top growth drivers and a central market sector.

In his role, Lawless builds high-performing teams and develops strategies that help clients strengthen customer engagement, improve health outcomes, and expand access to care. Over the course of his career, he has led initiatives in digital strategy, large-scale product development, organizational transformation, and Agile implementation. He has worked globally in markets including Japan, India, London, New York, and Boston, and has extensive experience managing distributed teams. Lawless holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
