Leadership emphasized that recent investments are aimed at strengthening long-term client impact, particularly as organizations seek more data-driven approaches to revenue and profitability.

Over the past year, Simon-Kucher has focused on embedding analytics and AI into its core offerings, with an emphasis on pricing, monetization, and go-to-market execution. The firm also expanded its global footprint, opening a new office in Bangalore and adding 28 new partners to bring its total partnership to 227. Alongside these changes, the firm introduced updates to its leadership structure, including the appointment of Bhavin Manjee as Chairperson of the Board and several new global practice heads across financial services, banking, insurance, and transportation. 

Looking ahead, Co-CEO Joerg Kruetten said the priority is to translate these expanded capabilities into measurable results, noting that the firm is focused on “convert[ing] capability into scalable impact” as it enters its next phase of growth.
