Saurabh Dubey, Managing Director at Deloitte, is recognized for leading large-scale transformation efforts tied to service delivery, workflow redesign, and enterprise platform strategy, with particular depth in ServiceNow-enabled change across core business functions. M. 1. Saurabh Dubey

Saurabh Dubey is a Managing Director at Deloitte and the firm’s Americas leader for Global Business Services on ServiceNow. He works with organizations across the region on large-scale transformation efforts tied to service delivery, workflow redesign, and enterprise platform strategy.

His work spans core IT, procurement and supply chain workflows, and front-office solutions, reflecting a broader focus on how companies use ServiceNow to connect functions and execute change more effectively. Over the course of his career, Saurabh has led large implementations, managed cross-border projects, and developed go-to-market strategies around ServiceNow-based offerings.

Saurabh joined Deloitte in 2022 after more than 11 years at KPMG US, where he held a series of management consulting roles, including director. Earlier, he was a technical specialist at Microland. He earned an MBA in international strategy and a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in information technology from S.G.T.B. Khalsa College.

2. Ling Lau

Ling Lau is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s New Jersey office, where he is also a leader in the Firm’s Digital and AI practices with a focus on AI software engineering transformations for leading institutions across industry sectors.

3. Sumeet Gupta

Title: Senior Managing Director

Sumeet Gupta is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he leads the firm’s AI & Digital Transformation practice. His work focuses on how companies use AI, data, and digital capabilities to build new products, reshape business models, and improve performance, particularly in situations that require speed, operational change, or a broader turnaround.

Sumeet has more than 20 years of experience advising large public companies and private equity firms on complex transformation mandates. He has also stepped into interim CEO and CxO roles, giving him direct operating experience in addition to advisory work. His industry background spans retail, consumer products, healthcare, technology, financial services, travel, hospitality, and agribusiness, and his work has included digital commerce launches, AI strategy, technology modernization, and operating model redesign.

Before joining FTI Consulting in 2020, Sumeet was an executive partner at Publicis Sapient. Earlier, he co-founded a high-performance computing startup that was later acquired. He began his career in artificial intelligence research, with work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Indian Institute of Technology, and the National Center for Biological Sciences. Sumeet holds both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

4. Nick Dani

Title: Managing Director

With more than two decades of experience in technology strategy and transformation, Nick Dani is a Managing Director at Deloitte and a leader in the firm’s AI & Data and Global Private Equity practices. He advises corporate and private equity clients on value creation programs that sit at the intersection of technology, operations, and growth.

Nick’s work spans AI and data strategy, operating model design, service delivery, applications modernization, cloud and infrastructure strategy, and M&A-related technology execution, including integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs. He has worked with Fortune 500 executives and private equity leaders across industrials, technology, aerospace and defense, banking, and other sectors, with a focus on using technology to improve performance and support scale.

His background includes both consulting and operating leadership. Before joining Deloitte in 2015, Nick was senior vice president and chief operating officer of Indotronix International Corporation and led its largest subsidiary, Apollo Consulting, in New York. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Capgemini focused on banking and financial services, and he also founded a data analytics startup. Nick earned an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship and innovation from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Mumbai.

5. Eric Maroyan

Eric Maroyan is a senior leader in technology risk consulting at RSM, advising boards and executives on enterprise digital transformation, AI adoption, and governance of complex system changes. Before joining EY, Laurence spent a decade at SAP, where he served as EMEA vice president for CRM. He also held practice leadership roles at Capgemini and Logica, focusing on CRM and social CRM. He earned a master's degree in history from the University of Oxford.

8. Warren Tucker

Title: Partner

Warren Tucker is a Partner at PwC and a senior leader in the firm’s UK technology business, where he has held leadership roles across cloud, digital, engineering, and enterprise transformation. He works with major UK and global organizations, particularly in technology, telecom, media, and related sectors, on how to use cloud, data, AI, and engineering capabilities to reshape existing businesses and build new ones.

His experience includes enterprise-wide digital and technology strategy, large-scale cloud adoption, and full replatforming programs involving the retirement of legacy technology estates. Warren advises boards and executive teams on both strategic direction and execution, and has remained directly involved in delivering major transformation efforts, from operating model change to the launch of new digital products and ecosystem partnerships. He also played a central role in building PwC UK’s cloud, data, AI, and engineering advisory and execution business into a substantial, scaled practice.

Warren joined PwC in 2014 after 16 years at Accenture, where he became partner and managing director and led a specialist communications, media, and technology consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing unit in the UK and Ireland. He holds a master’s degree in physics from the University of Nottingham.

9. Adrian Clamp

Adrian Clamp brings more than 30 years of experience in customer-led digital transformation across both the private and public sectors. At KPMG, he is a Partner and Global Head of Connected Enterprise, the firm’s sector-based approach to helping organizations redesign how they operate, serve customers, and use digital capabilities across the business.

Adrian focuses on large, end-to-end transformation programs that combine customer strategy, service design, operating model change, and technology deployment. He works with leadership teams on growth strategy, efficiency, new value streams, and customer and employee experience, with experience spanning financial services, consumer goods, retail, private equity, energy, utilities, healthcare, and government. He has also been involved in developing KPMG’s sector-specific transformation capabilities and global solutions, while working closely with strategic technology alliances.

Adrian’s earlier career included leadership roles in consulting and business building. He co-founded the digital incubator at Digital Ingenuity Group, where he helped launch new online services using agile development, data, analytics, AI, automation, and cloud technologies. Before that, he spent more than a decade at Accenture in a range of transformation leadership roles, and earlier served in a marketing leadership position at IBM focused on networking software in Europe. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of St Andrews.

10. Vivek Pai

Vivek Pai is a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he advises corporations, private equity firms, and startups on digital growth strategy. Earlier, he was practice lead for digital and e-commerce at Salmon LLC and lead architect for life and health U.S. at Swiss Re. He earned an MBA in finance and strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya.

11. Adam Ferguson

Adam Ferguson is Managing Partner of BDO Digital at BDO USA and a member of the firm’s U.S. Advisory leadership team. He oversees a practice focused on helping clients connect technology, data, and digital capabilities with broader business strategy.

12. Amanda Thurston

13. Rachit Bhagat

Deborah O’Neill is a Partner at Oliver Wyman, where she serves as co-head of the firm’s Digital Practice in Europe and is part of Quotient, AI by Oliver Wyman. 15. Michael Opitz

Partha Gopalakrishnan is the Founder of PG Advisors, a boutique advisory firm that works with CEOs, CROs, C-suite leaders, and boards on revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, and business transformation. With more than 25 years of experience across technology services, consulting, and AI-led businesses, he advises organizations on how to scale revenue engines, expand into new markets, and navigate complex transformation efforts in regulated and international environments.

Earlier in his career, Partha spent 17 years at Infosys, where he led insurance business responsibilities in Europe, and later served as senior vice president and global head of sales at Tech Mahindra. More recently, he held executive roles in AI-focused businesses, including serving as interim CEO of Smoodle AI and president of Brane Group. He holds an MBA from Pondicherry University, a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication from the University of Madras, and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

18. Nitin Jain

His background also includes leadership positions at SapientNitro and HCL Technologies, where he spearheaded digital commerce delivery, strategic alliances, and enterprise content management for major global accounts. 

Nitin is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. He is an advocate for organizational transformation and for creating a culture where innovation and high-performance teams can thrive. Nitin is a recognized face in industry forums, where he actively contributes to shaping the future of digital solution strategies and lean product development.

19. Jose Tam

José “Pepe” Tam is Digital Transformation Vice President at Softtek, where he leads the strategy consulting team supporting clients as they evolve their digital transformation agendas. His work is centered on a dual transformation approach: using digital technologies to improve operational efficiency while also helping organizations develop new revenue streams tied to changing customer expectations.

He also served as digital transformation director and IT director at Tecnológico de Monterrey, was managing director at IBM Global Business Services, led a large architecture team at Neoris Consulting, and held managing director roles at BearingPoint in Latin America. He earned an MBA from Universidad ESAN and a degree in industrial engineering from the National University of Engineering.

20. Linda Asplund

Title: Executive Vice President

Linda Asplund is Executive Vice President for TMT and Head of Alliances for Sweden, Finland, and Denmark at Capgemini. She advises telecommunications, media, and technology clients across the Nordic region on transformation and digitalization, with a focus on how innovation, technology, and data can support growth, competitiveness, and more sustainable business models.

21. Falco Weidemeyer

Earlier in his career, he held senior project management roles there and took on chief restructuring officer assignments across multiple turnaround cases. He studied and worked in the United States, Argentina, and France, and holds a diploma in business administration from European Business School.

22. Sushant Tripathi

Before joining TCS, Sushant was senior sales manager in healthcare at Infosys Limited in Dallas, following a business development manager (healthcare) at Perot Systems and as area sales manager in India at Godrej-GE Appliances. He holds an MBA in marketing, finance, and strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

23. Jaykesh Kutty

Jaykesh Kutty is Vice President at Infosys, where he leads digital transformation work for clients in transportation and related sectors in North America. He works with major enterprises on how to apply AI, data, and other emerging technologies to improve operations, modernize business processes, and support growth.

His experience includes building and leading large teams, shaping digital strategy with senior client executives, and developing solutions that bring together generative AI, agentic AI, telemetry, IoT, and real-time analytics. Jaykesh has focused much of his work on transportation, logistics, and rail, where he has helped clients use technology to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen service delivery. Between those periods, he held roles at BNSF Railway, Syntel, and Wipro Technologies, with responsibilities spanning transportation, logistics, travel, hospitality, and rail. He holds a master of computer applications from Crescent Engineering College in Chennai and a bachelor’s degree in physics from The New College in Chennai.

Her work includes helping organizations assess AI maturity, improve how data is collected, governed, and used, and build trust in the tools being introduced. Holly has supported efforts involving defense analytics, healthcare transformation, natural language processing, precision medicine applications, and enterprise platform work across the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs. A significant part of her role involves helping leaders think through the data, talent, and operating conditions needed to make AI useful in real environments rather than as a standalone technology initiative.

Holly has spent more than 15 years at Booz Allen in a range of roles spanning AI, analytics, defense, and health-related transformation work. Before that, she served as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy, where her assignments included engineering, navigation, training, and operational leadership. She holds a master’s degree in health systems administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in American studies from The George Washington University.

25. Rena Agrawal

Rena Agrawal is Principal Director of Digital Strategy, Innovation, Data, and AI at Accenture. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, customer experience, and technology, with a background that includes digital transformation and business development across travel, transportation, and hospitality.

Before joining Accenture in 2022, Rena spent more than seven years at Tata Consultancy Services, where she held several leadership roles, including Associate Vice President of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation and Head of Business Development for North America in travel, transportation, and hospitality. Her earlier work at TCS also included leading a travel center of excellence and roles in presales and solutions. That mix of strategy, commercial leadership, and sector specialization informs her current work across digital strategy, innovation, data, and AI.

Earlier in her career, Rena held roles at Accelya Kale Solutions, Craftsbridge India Pvt Ltd, and Ranbaxy Nigeria. She holds a master’s degree in analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA in finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai.
